What's the feeling about 1920x1080 pixel videos?

Does everyone like the fact that the videos are now higher definition? Is the additional file size an issue? Should I be posting a second, 1280x720 pixel version? I'd appreciate the feedback.

Most users I expect have an internet link that can handle the larger file size. Personally, I really appreciate the 1920x1080 format, the extra detail (especially the trickles sliding down long legs !) makes up for the somewhat shorter length of the video.

Regarding making a lower resolution available - see what the demand is. Maybe priced a little lower than the 1920x1080

Most videos this size play well for me now. I know on my older computer they wouldn't play correctly

The large size has been giving me a real tough time to download. At times i just give up. I dont have good internet speeds at my place. It will b really great to have smaller size options .

Personally.. even a little smaller than that would b better in order to have significant size difference from the current resolution

Are you considering offering a choice re download size ? I would hope that you will retain access to the 1980x1020 format, and out of consideration for those who want a smaller size, give them that option ?

No need to worry Watcher, the HD videos will continue. What I am considering is placing a smaller version in the same location so that both will appear in the buyer's downloads folder.

I have created a WMV version from the HD. It's specifications are:

Resolution: 950x540 pixels
Bitrate: 3 Mbps
Size: about 23 MB per minute of video, or about half of the HD size.
