What does November have in store for us?

Now the question on everybody's lips is: What's coming up in November?

Star, Taylor and Niki. There is the possibility of a new model but nothing has been confirmed yet. The next release will be around 13 November.

Becky did a great job, as always. I have recently finished updating her model page and all of her movies are now available in the store. Paige's page has also been updated since there was a lot of overlap.

It's still a work in progress but fairly soon I will be switching to a new look for the front page. You have seen it before, except that now I have decided not to use WordPress. I foresee problems with widgets losing compatibility as WordPress keeps updating, so I don't want to get caught up in that. Added to which, controlling variables in WP is surprisingly difficult unless you are happy with the defaults.

The themes links don't work yet. It's easy enough to link to the existing pages but they are such a mess; it's going to take a while to fix them. Once that's done, I'll switch over and keep working on model pages over the next few months.

The new site is looking good Dave, and I think you're probably going the right way by retaining control of the code yourself. Out of interest, is there a reason why the B2B store is separate from the B2B website? It seems to mean duplication of movie descriptions, screenshots etc. Is the store built on a standard template that you can't develop into a complete website?

The new look front page looks great on my laptop. The text is very clear and means that I don't need my glasses to look at it, which is nice for me personally.

Like most people I suspect, I tend to concentrate most of the 'what's new category' and so the loss of the movies by season choice will be no great loss, although occasionally I did tend to look at some of the older stuff and think "was that really 2010? Where has all the time gone?"
