I am a great believer in praising what I see as great service when it happens.

I have just downloaded the Keri and Autumn zip file - 1.4Gb of video and the complete download took 6 minutes

Unbelievable speed. Congrats to everyone for having such a quality service.

When I think back 12-13 years to the days of trying to download a 30Mb Skymouse (no criticism meant, other alternatives were just the same) clip, and starting the download process before going to bed and then hoping it would have completed the following morning (5 times out of 10 it would have failed half way through, and the whole process had to be repeated that night) I realise just how internet speeds have improved over such a relatively short space of time.
