help with Clips4Sale

Hi all!

I just wanted to ask a question about the payment method of ClipCash Card in Clips4Sale

So far, I have not bought in Clips4Sale not quite understand how this card works
I asked at the site of clipcash card, however, have not received a response

Anyone who has bought in the site, can help me understand how this works please?
I understand it is a prepaid card, but I want to be absolutely clear, so as not to have any spending on something I do not know or do not understand

It looks like a good deal - anonymity and a small percentage from C4S towards free clips. They make no mention of any extra charges so I assume they are not any.
