I am, perhaps not surprisingly, receiving messages from people asking me questions about Clips4Sale, such as what appears on one's bank or credit card statement if one purchases from them. I'm sure they publish this information somewhere but never having bought from C4S I don't know what they put. I'm sure it's quite innocuous. However, perhaps someone who has used them would provide that information here as a point of reference?
I am also being asked by some why C4S has declined their credit card. This is something you will need to address to C4S staff, as well as any queries regarding download problems. They handle all of that. I have no access to any such information and cannot assist you. Other than selling my files through C4S, I'm just as much an outsider there as any of you.
From my own experience, I have found that when a credit card is declined, it has nothing to do with the company itself; acceptance and declination resides exclusively within the purview of the banks. It's most likely that a customer's own bank is responsible for the decline. I've had this happen when I've made a purchase outside of my usual sphere of activity, triggering a potential fraud alert. A call to the bank to verify that the transaction is authentic usually does the trick.
Any additional advice you guys would care to provide here should help those who have concerns. Thanks.
