With Tilly, desperation comes on very suddenly and at that point she always bends over to relieve some of the pressure on her bladder. So we made sure she could not bend forward! She was compelled to stand upright with her hands cuffed behind her back and a collar around her neck, attached to a ring on the ceiling, preventing her from bending or sitting.She must remain standing upright while struggling not to pee in her clothes. She discovers that bending her knee produces similar, temporary relief, but she is less certain about the benefits of crossing her legs. Tilly's drinks some water and an energy drink on camera. Soon afterwards, desperation hits her like a freight train. She becomes frantic as she tries to continue waiting, but the urge to go is now intense.
