Candle and Carissa are having a holding contest to see not only who can hold her pee the longest, but also who will produce the largest volume of pee when she releases (the volume is measured in graduated cylinders). The make things more exciting, the girls have a bowl full of folded pieces of paper, each contain an instruction for them. Most of these instructions are designed to make holding on that little bit harder. They involve drinking liquid, standing with legs apart, pressing on the opponent's bladder, jumping up and down and putting a hand in a bowl of cold water. Most of these tests last about a minute, but as the competition heats up, the girls make the duration of some of them longer to make holding on more of a challenger. The video contains a few edit points, but for the most part you get to see the girls growing desperate in real time.

Candle and Carissa are just arriving home from a day out which involved a few drinks at a pub, and Carissa now needs to pee quite badly. As they pull up outside the house, however, the car lurches and starts making funny sounds. When the girls try to open their doors, then find them locked. The worst part of highly electronic vehicles is when things go wrong. The systems have failed and now they can't get out. Candle tries calling for help but she is barely getting reception on her phone, and she is not even sure that help is on its way. With the air conditioning off too, the car interior starts to heat up and Candle drinks water to quench her thirst. She laughs at Carissa who needs to pee, but later on regrets it when she finds herself in the same situation. After more than an hour trapped in their car, the girls are both bursting to pee. During that time, the car battery has partially recharged, enough at least to start the car and release the locks. Candle and Carissa jump out and hobble to the front door, then realize they don't have the key on them. Unable to wait any longer, Carissa crosses the lawn and squats down to pee on the grass. Candle is horrified by this and doesn't think she can go outside, but her desperation soon forces her to follow Carissa's example.

Carissa chose the wrong day to visit her friend Candle at work because it was the day the office block was robbed by a team of thieves. It's late in the day and most of the offices are empty, but Candle was working late and one of the thieves has to keep an eye on her and Carissa to make sure they don't interfere with the robbery. The girls can't see the man's face but they can certainly see his penetrating stare on their bodies as they struggle in desperation. They start to point out that they have both been kept there for a long time and they both need to visit the ladies room. The thief tells them now and the girls both moan in despair. They make several attempts to change his mind, trying to appeal to his better nature, but nothing works. They are told they will probably have to wait another hour before the team leaves and they are free. Candle says she doesn't think she can wait another hour and is told she doesn't have any choice. The girls wiggle and squirm, doing their best to contain their full bladders. As their desperation reaches a critical level, they make a final bid to be allowed to use the bathroom but it's no good. A minute later, Candle starts to wet herself, showing the floor at her feet with her pee. This sets Carissa off and she starts to wet her jeans. The girls stand side by side wetting themselves, both of them thoroughly humiliated at having an accident in front of this man. When it's all over, he makes them sit make down in their pee-soaked clothes until the hour is up.
