My latest reply from FF:
"I just wanted to let you know that our management team approved the
refund of $479.45 back to your credit card for the problems stemming from
the Files Forever service. I have processed the refund(s) now and you
should see those charges credited back to your account shortly. Please
let us know if you have any further questions."

The credits have appeared in my credit card account!

So was that the storage fees you paid? Not the toal amount, I.e what they paid Dave too?

What are all going to send to get our refunds!?

Edit: I made a ticket, I doubt I'll be so lucky for a refund but let's see :O

Amazingly enough, pcwp, it was the total I paid through FF. No one is more surprised than I.

I sent something similar about a week before it was shut down for good. The reply I got was that "a decision would be made in a few days" as to the fate of FF. I guess we all know what the "decision" was now. They still have yet to reply to me again.
