Please consider this idea.

The movie starts with a girl climbing into the back of a car. She is wearing anything which is reli tight or short. She plays a character of a rich daughter of someone n the driver works for her dad. U need to have a driver who does not participate n focus on driving n someone beside to film it. She scolds the driver for coming late to pick her up. Driver remains silent. It's a long journey bck to her dad's home. After a while she asks the driver to stop for the toilet but the driver ignores as he is upset. She then gets more n more desperate n starts to apologize n beg him to stop but he refuses. Finally when they reach the destination, she pees herself as soon as she gets out of the car.

I have done a few of these in the past. One of the most striking was Bursting Point. It does require that extra person to drive, and the climax would probably have to be filmed outside the house. I know what you are looking for, but it is not at all unusual for a model to get out of a car when bursting and then not be able to pee. These scenarios can so easily fall flat.

Maybe the driver could be a woman, who surprises the rich daughter by informing her that she was the previous lover of the man she is going out with and knows all about his fetishes .

The driver obviously still has some feelings for this man and feels jilted by the younger woman in the back. She tells her that the only way to turn him on is to arrive at the door of his house desperate for the bathroom, and invites her to drink bottled water she has with her, but the driver also tells her that only she can do 'proper' desperation and as soon as the younger woman fails she will take him back.

The two women annoy each other so much that in the end they decide to battle it out for the mans' affection, and at the far end of the long track leading to the house (see where I am going with this?) they both sit in the car drinking as much water as they can in order to be able to put on the most intense display of pee-dancing at his front door, and finally make him decide who he wants.

When they are ready, they drive the short distance along the track and then get out the car and proceed to the front door, where their holding display begins. Unfortunately, despite their wonderful combined efforts there is no one home and they both end up flooding the porch by the front door. It is at this moment the man of their dreams arrives and is completely disgusted with the two wet and messy women standing by the door, as he seems to have a business client in the car with him.

Ooops.

(I have allowed my imagination to run riot a little here).
