Rachel removes her clothes as she recounts her story, the strain in her voice betraying the effort required not to release her pee. She quickly comes to a point where she just can't wait any longer, parts her legs and lets it go.

Rachel badly needs to pee, but Dave insists that he needs to test her endurance by having her hold it until a fix time, something like 30 minutes in the future. Rachel insists that she can't possibly hold it that long, but Dave insists, saying if she can't do that, he may not be able to hire her again. This gives Rachel a strong incentive to wait. Of course, we would never hold loss of control against any girl as long as she is good and desperate beforehand. Rachel really looks uncomfortable and concentrates hard to maintain control, but she is clearly reaching her limit. When she pees, it comes out in a satisfying stream down her hose-clad legs.
