SSL for B2B Store

I've had a few people ask me about this now, so I thought it time to address it. Installing SSL for the store is something I can do, but I have not to date because the only secure transaction associated with a sale takes place on Verotel's website, and not in the store. There is concern about entering your name, address and phone number, something the OpenCart store software insists on. However, these do to have to be real. You can fill in the first name as A and the last named as B, a phone number of 123456789, and an address that can be anything you like - 21 Nowhere Street, Nowhere City, Nowhere. It doesn't matter. As long as the fields are completed, you will be able to proceed.
When you get to Verotel's payment page, you will need to provide real information associated with the credit card you are using, otherwise your transaction will be declined. This is true of all Internet shopping. Verotel does not share or sell your information; as an adult market card processor, they understand the need for protecting a buyer's identity.
Having said this, if there is a feeling that I should introduce SSL then I shall do so.
