Why is it when women have to pee so bad that they fidget, bounce their legs up and down or tap their feet ? Wouldn't this make it harder to hold it in ?

I suggest you get yourself really desperate and see if fidgeting helps you. Oh, and since the models can't, you are definitely not allowed to squeeze your junk.
