B2B Fetish Store now operational

A new button has appeared on Bound2Burst: B2B Fetish Store, which points to our new store designed to offer good prices and automated downloads. While B2B Fetish Store serves as the successor to Files Forever, please note that this is not a file storage system. Once you have downloaded your movie, please store it safely. You will only be permitted to download the file a few times - this is to prevent excessive bandwidth usage and deter those who would share their purchases with unauthorized third parties.

In the B2B Fetish Store, movies are listed alphabetically. There are a few extra categories such as Bargains, Contests and Nudity where you can focus in on what interests you. In time, there will be a direct link from each movie shown on Bound2Burst to its location in the B2B Fetish Store to make navigation as simple as possible.

Where available, movies are supplied in WMV and Quicktime formats. Many library titles are only available in WMV format, but all high definition titles (which began in January 2012) are in both formats. If you find a title of interest in, say, WMV format and want it in Quicktime, use the "Related Products" option on the movie description page to locate the other format.

At the moment, there is just a sample of movies contains in the B2B Fetish Store but in time the entire Bound2Burst library will be listed there. In the meantime, if there are specific titles you want, write and let us know and we'll do our best to get them added as quickly as possible.

I have just tested it on an old bargain movie I didnt have, here are a few details from my experience.

Download speed I got was the maximum I could get, so the same as the old B2B server, C4S was always unreliable for me.

The only problem I have is that I got charged a foreign exchange fee . I know it has nothing to do with you Dave so I will have to look into it, but seems like it automatically charges you in the currency of your country and doesn't give you an alternative option (like paypal etc). Might have to rethink my plan now since I don't want to pay exchange rates twice lol. At the moment I have a prepaid dollar card, which seems to have been charged in £ due to my country, which is annoying lol

Are you in the U.K.? If so, selecting GBP might be better. What was the fee you had to pay?

One customer is reporting having trouble downloading a movie file from the store. When I was testing, I did have one occasion where the download just cut off. I deleted the incomplete version from my computer and downloaded the file again, and everything worked just fine the second time.

This kind of thing may happen from time to time when server loads are high. If it becomes an issue I will talk to Dreamhost about moving my operation to a dedicated server to provide as much speed and reliability as possible.

I was asked by one customer why they have to provide their address when they sign up to purchase from the B2B Fetish Store. I'm afraid because I am selling downloads the software forces this, probably to help reduce the amount of fraud and chargebacks with digital sales. Guest checkout is only possible if one is not selling downloads and physical goods are shipped. Not that I quite understand this since, if a customer is purchasing physical goods then they have to be mailed, so even guest checkout would still require an address. Oh well, I'm sure the designers had some logical reason in mind when they set this up!
