Dave at the beginning of Play teaser we lose a valuble 15 seconds of viewing with the opening credits, would it be possible to make the movie teaser 15 seconds longer taking into account the opening credits.

The title sequence is there to ensure that viewers know what the clip is called. Were I to remove it, the teaser clip would just be that much shorter.
