I wonder what she had done instead? Is there anybody interested in this. In my opinion it would be an option to ask the models in movies without storyline to act five minutes like they had been in public and ask them to hide their desperation as best as they can during this time.

I found myself a few times in situation there hiding my predicament would have been necessary but beyond my ability.

Yes my very thoughts indeed, I suppose when in that predicament their first port of call would be to find somewhere to sit down and cross their legs and hold it in that way. But when forced with the choice as to whether you as you put it, by pressing her hand against her crotch (finger to the pee hole) , or peeing herself I think pressing your hand against your crotch would be the only option to bide time.
