The reality of tickling a model when she needs to pee is that it inhibits her ability to pee. When I've done these, it has been necessary to stop filming for a minute or two allowing the model to relax her muscles and start to pee, before we resume filming and tickling. It was true for Lola, Nyxon, Alex, and Jayne, which are the instances which spring to mind. In other words, it simply doesn't work. I know it's a natural reflex when one is being tickled and one's bladder is full, but here we are talking about sustained tickling for much longer periods of time, and the act of tickling makes muscles contract. This locks the bladder muscles after a while and the victim cannot pee at all until after the tickling has ceased. I'm sure there are people who will tell you otherwise, but I have witnessed this first hand and the result is always the same.

The thing with Nichole and Kelsey - they were both blind drunk at the time, in their own home. Even they had to take several breaks from being tickled (note where the edit points are towards the end of the movie). I don't ply models with alcohol because these days they all drive.
