Doctor McReese confidently reassures the girl that this is perfectly normal, and Cassandra reluctantly agrees to undress. After plenty of encouragement, Cassandra removes one item after another until she is left wearing only her panties. She is instructed to take them down, so an embarrassed Cassandra turns away from the doctor to do so, unaware that the so-called professional is leaning in an ogling her bottom as she does so.
