Files Forever file retrieval no longer available.

It has now been 5 months since Files Forever shut down. We have replaced files for quite a few of you, but as of today we will no longer accept new requests to retrieve missing files. This has to end sometime and that time is now. Please keep your files safe when you purchase them. We recommend making multiple backups to guard against future loss.
