An idea worth considering? Two models team up to hold it as long as they can then the average time is then taken between the model holding it the longest and the model not holding it as long.
Then the volumn of fluid is taken with the model who pees the most and the model who pees the least and the average measurement is again taken again.
Then we see which pair of models come out on top, which models are paired up though that is the question?

This could be nice. Especially if the team members -as opposed to a real contest- would encourage each other, chear each other on, give each other tips on how to hold on, talk to each other frankly about how they are doing ("Ohhh, I don't think I can do this much longer..."), and help each other in any way they can/dare.

Reminds me of the stories about pubs that hold "bladder buster" nights - alcohol is free until the first one goes to the toilet. That amounts to a lot of peer pressure on everyone to keep holding, and obviously to keep drinking.

I would be a nice twist to have a multi-girl shoot (or even a two-girl shoot) with all of them encouraging the others to keep holding, with some incentive for all of them not to break down. Like some cash bonus that is paid only if all of them reach a certain point, or something. I can imagine one girl in dire need of a pee while two others, also needing but not that much yet, imploring her to fight back and stay there with them. It can end either with her succeeding, with her breaking down and going to the toilet, or - best - with her trying with all her might to stay there but eventually simply piss her pants in absolute desperation.

I know it is logistically challenging (several girls, cash bonus, etc.) but maybe something simpler can be made along these lines and still work. Just a thought.

This is sort of what I was suggesting! Although not in such a complex mannor! I'm sure dave will work out a way to make the working together both having to hold it thing work out!

I suppose I don't really understand what is being proposed. Do you mean two teams? A total of 4 models at one time?

No, no, just one team with two girls (well, the more the merrier, but at least 2).

The idea is that instead of battling against each other they should encourage each other to hold on, and apply peer pressure on whoever is about to give up. There should be some group incentive to hold on, and the first to pee spoils things for everyone. I gave the example of "bladder buster" night at a pub where drinks are free for everyone until the first one pees - and no one wants to ruin the party.
